This notice describes the intended handling of information submitted through the Simplixity website. The site is provided as a static website package; actual processing depends on the hosting provider and any contact or analytics services configured by the site owner.

If you use the project inquiry tool, you may provide your name, email address, business name, service interest, budget range, timing preferences, and a message. This information is intended only to evaluate and respond to your request.
3. How inquiries are delivered
When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are transmitted to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party email delivery service, for forwarding to TechnicalNinjas@Simplixity.net. FormSubmit processes submitted information to deliver your inquiry. For its privacy terms, see FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or confidential records.
4. Website infrastructure
A web hosting provider may process standard technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and access logs, for normal operation and security. Fonts, if loaded from Google Fonts, may involve requests to Google's servers.
5. Cookies and analytics
This initial website package does not include advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or a cookie banner. If tracking or marketing services are enabled later, this notice and the consent experience should be updated as required.
6. Retention and sharing
Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Simplixity’s inquiry mailbox. FormSubmit documentation describes a 30-day submission archive. Email retention and access policies are determined by Simplixity and its email provider; request deletion or correction using the contact address below. Do not send sensitive credentials, payment information, or medical records through this form.
7. Your choices
